Bridgeway Elementary School is located in the Bridgeway Subdivision just a "stone's throw" from Northwest Plaza off Old St. Charles Road and Taylor Ave. Bridgeway serves the southern portion of the city of Bridgeton and a small part of Maryland Heights.

Being one of the smaller schools in Pattonville has served Bridgeway well in that each faculty member has developed a positive, warm relationship with each of the students and there is a strong sense of the "neighborhood" school in the greater Bridgeway Community. The community takes pride in the support which it gives Bridgeway.

Bridgeway offers its students the full range of programs of the other elementary schools in the district. In addition, Bridgeway offers after school enrichment programs to develop student talents and interests, a tutoring program, Bridgeway Kiwanis K Kids, many programs which encourage the use of leisure time reading by students, and an active Parent Teacher Association.

Students at Bridgeway excel in all academic areas. This interest in learning is modeled by the teachers as many have received or are working on advanced degrees. Focusing on its mission statement Bridgeway staff members provide a varied and responsive program which meets the needs of all students.
